Research User Group

The CNCF Research User Group connects research organizations using cloud native technologies, with a focus on Kubernetes workloads and the needs of scientific computing.

The group focuses on research use cases rather than generic AI/ML platforms, traditional non-cloud-native HPC, research data policy, or upstream feature development. It can collaborate with the Kubernetes Batch Working Group and the CNCF TAG Workloads Foundation.
